Children and adolescents under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over who is a Custodial Person or has been named a Person with Parental Power. Where can I find information on the events scheduled at the Verti Music Hall?

You can find all confirmed events for the Verti Music Hall here

I heard that artist XY is playing at the Verti Music Hall, but I can’t find anything on the website.

If an event is not listed in our event calendar, it has not been confirmed.

Can you organize a Meet & Greet?

Unfortunately, no. Meet & Greets are only available at selected events and are organized by the promoter. Usually, Meet & Greets will be sold or given away in competitions prior to the show.

Can I bring a present or a letter for an artist performing at the Verti Music Hall?

Yes, usually you can hand your letter or present to the staff at the entrance. We will arrange for it to be taken to artist management.

How do I know if there's a support act?

Usually, the support act is announced shortly before a show. We recommend checking the event page on our website prior to the show or visiting our Facebook page. You can also contact our ticketing team (phone: +49 (0) 30 / 20 60 70 88 11).

FAQs - Your visit

Can I take a bag / a backpack / an umbrella into the Verti Music Hall?

Guests are permitted to take one small bag/handbag with them which does not exceed the size of “DIN A4” (21.0 x 29.7cm).

Depending on the event, the respective promoter of the show may determine even stricter rules. We recommend checking the respective event page beforehand or look for updates on our Facebook page

My bag is bigger than A4. What can I do?

There is limited storage capacity for bags that exceed the allowed size limit, at a cost of 5 EUR per bag. The fee is charged to cover the costs for this service only. Any potential surplus will be donated to the charity organization "Anschutz hilft e.V.".

If you have to bring a large bag with you, we recommend using the storage facilities at Ostbahnhof station, which is located only short walk from the venue.

What time do the doors open?

Usually, doors open 90 minutes before the show starts. The time will also be on your ticket or on the respective event page. Please note that entry will only be granted with a valid ticket, which loses its validity when leaving the venue.

When should I arrive for my event? What if I’m late?

It's best to get to the venue as early as possible so you have enough time to get through security and find your seat. If you come by car, give yourself plenty of time for parking. We'll get you in as quickly and safely as we can, but the car parks can fill up quickly on an event day. Arriving early usually means you avoid the big queues and can pass through security faster.

Event times can change, sometimes on short notice, so make sure you check the event page for the latest info. For some events, you can’t enter until a suitable break in the performance.

Can I bring my own food and drinks into the venue?

Guests may not bring any food and/or beverage items into the Verti Music Hall. Exceptions are made for customers with specific dietary needs due to medical conditions. The presentation of a medical certificate or an appropriate ID is required. Nourishments for infants and young children are allowed as well.

Can I bring a camera / video camera?

The decision concerning photo and video cameras is made by the promoter of the event. Usually, camera phones as well as small, compact digital cameras are okay to bring and use. Video cameras, SLR cameras, bridge cameras and cameras that look similar to SLR cameras are generally not allowed in. If in doubt, don’t bring it along. There may also be a total ban on cameras depending on the event. If you are unsure about a certain event, please contact us via Facebook, Twitter

Can I bring my tablet / laptop / phone charger/ powerbanks?

Tablets, laptops / notebooks, tripods and so-called “selfie sticks” are not allowed at the Verti Music Hall. Small powerbanks are okay to bring.

Powerbanks are allowed - max. size 10x10 cm and only one powerbank per person. Please do not bring extra batteries.

Can I bring a poster / banner?

This depends on the event, promoter and/or artist management. For most events, posters up to DIN A3 are allowed. Please don’t bring larger quantities of paper, wallpaper rolls, confetti, etc. either. If you are unsure about the poster rules for a certain event, please contact us via e-mail, on Facebook or Twitter

Free ear plugs are available at every event. Just ask our staff at the cloakrooms. You can also borrow ear defenders - please talk to our staff on site. They are free of charge, but you will be asked to leave a deposit in order to borrow them.

What should I do if I have a problem during an event?

If something is wrong, please talk to our staff on site so we can help you. We want you to have a great time at the event, so come and see us. We may be able to sort something. It’s hard for us to do that after the event. Paramedics are on duty at every event if you have a medical issue.

FAQs - Tickets

Can I use the public transport with my ticket?

Usually, tickets are not valid for the use of public transport. In some cases, the ticket does include public transport in which case it will be noted on the ticket.

My event has been postponed or cancelled. Are the tickets still valid?

If an event has been postponed to a later date, previously purchased tickets usually remain valid, so you don't need to do anything. If you can't make it to the new date or a show has been cancelled, tickets can usually be returned at the ticket agency where you purchased them.

Do I need a separate ticket for my baby / infant?

For some shows or concerts, the minium age is 6 years. There are some exceptions to that rule, e.g. family shows where younger guests are welcome, too. Every visitor needs a valid ticket to attend an event. Please check with our ticketing team for more information: +49 (0)30 / 20 60 70 88 11 or tickets@verti-music-hall.de.

How can I tell if a ticket or ticket seller is legitimate?

If you have purchased your ticket from an official website, such as www.verti-music-hall.de, our ticket hotline or our Premium shop, there is no need to worry about the validity of your ticket. If you buy tickets from unofficial agents or websites, they could be fake, stolen or invalid, and you will not be able to get into the arena with one of those tickets. Never buy tickets from anyone outside the venue and never pay more than the face value of the seat.

Can I reserve tickets for events at the Verti Music Hall?

Unfortunately not.

An event is sold out but I still need tickets. What can I do?

Sold out doesn't always mean sold out! Here's what you can do:

Visit our event calender and check whether the show is really sold out. Sometimes, we still have Premium Tickets. They are great value and an upgrade of our regular tickets. If there are no more tickets, sign up for the "Event Alert" to get notified in case more tickets are released.

You can also call our ticketing team (+49 (0)30 / 20 60 70 88 11) or Premium team (+49 (0)30 / 20 60 70 88 77).  Sometimes, there are still some tickets left at face value that are not available online.
