The Verti Music Hall Box Office is open on event days from doors open (90 minutes before start of the event).
 

Mercedes-Benz Arena Box Office is located right across the Verti Music Hall.

Mon - Fri: 9 am - 6 pm
Sat: 10 am - 2 pm
Sun: closed

If an event takes place at the arena on weekends, the box office will also open from 10 am - 6 pm.
