Accessibility
The Verti Music Hall is fully accessible and has an ideal infrastructure for wheelchair users and people with impaired mobility.
Entrance
The entrance to the Verti Music Hall is via the Mercedes Platz. People with a walking disability or in a wheelchair can use the door right on the left (Premium Entrance) which leads straight to the lifts.
Parking
Disabled access parking (fee required) is available at both the underground car park "Plaza" and the Mercedes-Benz Arena car park. We also encourage you to use availbale capacities at the car park of the “East Side Mall” (access via Tamara-Danz-Strasse).
Mobility Service
For persons with limited mobility a limited number of wheelchairs will be available at the main entrance (access via Mercedes Platz) for the duration of the event. Please speak to the security staff on site if you need assistance.
Seating and Toilets
Allocated seats for wheelchair users and their companions are available. The number and position depends on the stage and production layout for the respective event. For events with floor standing, the seats are located on level 2 (Premium area) and level 3 (upper tier).
Toilets
Accessible toilets are available on level 1 as well as level 2 (Premium area) and level 3 (upper tier).
