There's a limited number of parking spots available at the Uber Eats Music Hall. The number of cars may exceed the available capacities.

We strongly recommend travelling by public transport, using Park&Ride options, or arriving as early as possible when getting to the arena by car.

Car parks: Arena car park

This car park is located on Helene-Ernst-Straße 2-4 and can be accessed via Marianne-von-Rantzau-Straße. "Parkhaus Arena" is signposted from Mühlenstraße. This car park is only a few 100 meters from the Uber Eats Music Hall.

On some days, the car park gets very busy and may fill up quickly. We recommed arriving as early as possible. Remember it's best to use public transport or Park & Ride to get the Uber Eats Music Hall.

Please note, due to construction measures, the capacity of the "Arena" car park will be significantly reduced from July 2019. As a result, the number of cars will regularly exceed the available capacity during the event. There may be considerable impairments when arriving and departing by car. The East Side Mall car park, which is subject to a charge, is also available to visitores of Uber Platz.

Plaza car park

Our underground car park is located under the Uber Platz and can be accessed via Mildred-Harnack-Straße. It is only a few steps (via stairs) from the Uber Eats Music Hall.

Disabled access parking: Disabled access parking (fee required) is available at both the underground car park "Plaza" and the Uber Arena car park. We also encourage you to use available capacities at the car park of the “East Side Mall” (access via Tamara-Danz-Strasse).

The car parks are open Mon - Sun 24h.

Hourly rate:

Optional event rate: 12 EUR

when arriving later than 18:00 and leaving before 24:00
during events at the Uber Eats Music Hall or the Uber Arena, the rate is valid from 3h before the event until 2h after the event.
leaving after midnight or later than 2 hours after the event will add an hourly fee of 3.00 EUR.
