Hygiene Concept

At Verti Music Hall the health and security of our guests, athletes, artists and employees are our top priority.

All of our AEG facilities around the globe have highest cleaning and cleanliness standards to facilitate the prevention of illness.

Verti Music Hall has established the following preventive measures:

  • Door handles are cleaned and disinfected multiple times a day.
  • All employees have been provided with disinfectant. In addition multiple stations for contactless hand disinfection have been erected throughout the venue.
  • Security checks at the entrance are carried out using contactless walk through metal detectors. If additional checks are necessary our security staff is equipped with contactless handheld probes.
  • Signs indicating effective disinfection and washing of hands are set up at all sanitary facilities for guests and employees as well as elevators and have been forwarded to all external service providers.
  • Contactless payment is possible and preferred
  • Floor markings assist to control the minimum distance of 1.5 meters
  • To secure minimum disctance at men’s toilets every second urinal is inaccessible.
  • Ventilation in the building is set to pure outdoor air. Recirculation mode is turned off.

Hygiene rules for attending an event (valid since April 1st, 2022)

  • It is no longer necessary to show a vaccination, recovery or test certificate to attend an event.
  • Wearing masks inside the venue is no longer mandatory but recommended
  • Please cough and sneeze into the crock of the arm.
  • Wash and disinfect your hands regularly.
  • Keeping distance is recommended

 

IMPORTANT:
It is the decision of the promoter of an event to change hygiene regulation when felt necessary. Please check the designated event detail page in advance for information on the hygiene rules that apply to the event you want to visit.

 

Getting There

While travelling to or from the venue please maintain a minimum distance of 1.5m at the car park, on public transport or use a bicycle if possible.

We ask for a timely arrival.

 

Regulations for attending a "2G" event

Events under 2G+ regulations can only be attended proving the status of being vaccinated or recovered as well as showing a negative Corona rapid test at the entrance. In addition wearing a FFP2 mask is mandatory at the venue at all times, including at your seat.

"2G+" stands for vaccinated or recovered. In addition a negative Corona test taken on the same day is required unless you have received the booster vaccination shot in which case no test is needed.*
Guests older than 6 years that are fully vaccinated (two shots) or are recovered - both certificates cannot be older than 3 months - also do not need to show a negative Corona rapid test at the entrance.

All spectators without exception must wear a FFP2 mask when queuing at the entrance infront of the arena as well as inside the arena at all times.

*The waiver of the test obligation in case of existing booster vaccination does not apply to all events. Other regulations apply to some events. Please inform yourself about the applicable hygiene rules on our respective event page before attending the event.

  • Wearing a FFP2 mask at all times during queuing at the doors as well as inside the venue is mandatory for all visitors.
  • Masks can be taken off briefly for eating and drinking.
  • For the protection of all our guests certificates to avoid the obligation to wear a FFP2 mask are not accepted. Wearing mouth and nose covers, visors, scarves or kerchiefs or mouth and nose protection with an exhalation valve is not accepted as an equivalent alternative to medical face masks.
  • Children under the age of 5 don't need to wear a mask.
  • Children between 6 and 13 years of age need to wear a medical mask.

Admission

  • For organizational reasons, we can only offer a limited selection of food and beverages at this time.
  • The consumption of food & beverages is allowed only at the seat.

Payment

  • Contactless payment is preferred.

Regulations for attending a "3G" event

  • "3G" stands for vaccinated, recovered, tested
  • All spectators without exception must wear a medical face mask when accessing the venue and throughout the entire stay. Medical face masks are also mandatory at the outdoor area / smoking area. We advise to wear already a medical face mask when queuing infront of the entrance.
  • For the protection of all our guests certificates to avoid the obligation to wear a medical face mask are not accepted. Wearing mouth and nose covers, visors, scarves or kerchiefs or mouth and nose protection with an exhalation valve is not accepted as an equivalent alternative to medical face masks.
  • A minimum distance of 1.5 m must be maintained within the venue and at the entire event area.

Admission

  • To secure a fast entrance procedure, please be prepared to show your own ID-Card, your vaccination, recovery or test certificate and your ticket.
  • The transfer and resell of a ticket is prohibited.
  • Children:
    • < 7 years of age: no certificate needed
    • Students from 7 years of age: The certificate of a school department and therefore the proof of regular testing during school attendance is valid, especially in combination with a student ID.
    • Children from 7 years of age without student ID: recovery or test certificate is required

  • Regulations for the purchase of tickets for children are subject to the promoter. Other regulations therefore may apply.
  • Please note that bags larger than DIN A4 are not allowed. For further information click here.

Wayfinding

  • Please observe floor markings, distance lines and information signs.
  • Avoid unnecessary walking and always use the nearest restrooms or food stands and exit.
  • Please note the separate entrances and exits at the restrooms. (one way system)
  • Avoid queuing

At your seat

  • Please take your seat as soon as possible.
  • Take only the seat printed on the ticket.
  • Do not change or switch your seat.
  • Always observe the seating & spacing markings.

Catering

  • For organizational reasons, we can only offer a limited selection of food and beverages at this time.
  • The consumption of food & beverages is only allowed at your seat.
  • The medical mask can be removed for eating & drinking.

Payment

  • Contactless payment is preferred.

If you feel ill or notice symptoms that could indicate an infection with COVID-19 please stay home!

 

General information

  • Please also visit the sanitary facilities during the game and not only during the breaks to avoid rush hours.
  • Instructions of the security must be followed at all times.
  • Please respect the house rules of the Verti Music Hall.
