Kamasi Washington live at Uber Eats Music Hall
Kamasi Washington kommt für zwei exklusive Konzerte nach Deutschland und macht auch in Berlin Halt. Am 10. März 2019 stattet er der Uber Eats Music Hall einen Besuch ab.

Nachdem er an den Alben namhafter Künstler wie Kendrick Lamar, Harvey Mason und Flying Lotus mitgearbeitet hat, veröffentlichte Kamasi Washington 2015 sein Debütalbum „The Epic“, das ihm weltweit die verdiente Aufmerksamkeit brachte. In Deutschland erhielt er für sein fast 3-stündiges Wert einen Platin Jazz-Award.
Im Juni 2018 meldete sich Kamasi Washington mit dem langerwarteten zweiten Album „Heaven & Earth“ zurück. Der Name des Albums ist Programm: Bestehend aus zwei Hälften folgt es dem Himmel und Erde Konzept. Wenn der Saxofonist, Komponist und Arrangeur sein Album live in Berlin umsetzt, sollte sich das kein Fan entgehen lassen.
