PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A STRICT BAG POLICY IN PLACE. No bags larger than DIN A4 (21,0 x 29,7 cm) will be allowed inside the venue. Leave any bags larger than this at the bag desposit BEFORE you enter the queue. If your bag is too big, you will be denied entry and lose your spot in the queue.

Numbering

Customers of VVIPs, VIPs and regular GA get wristbands (3 different colours). The wristbands have numbers, which are used for numbering.
Entry is by the categories - i.e. VVIPs first, VIPs second and finally GA. Within these categories, numbering is then applied - i.e. VVIP 1-200, VIP 1-700 and GA 1-...

Wristbands

The distribution of the wristbands will take place from 12:00 hrs at our bag container on the east side (the diagonally opposite of the East Side Mall). VVIPs will also receive their CDs there on showing an ID.

Line up

The VVIPs may stand directly in front of the VMH. The VIPs and GA on the east side of the Uber Arena between the entrances 2 and 3. Starting at 16:00 hrs.

ID

You must be able to prove your age (i.e. your exact date of birth). Please bring your identity card or passport with you to the concert.

Camping

Camping in front of the Uber Eats Music Hall is forbidden and will also be implemented by the security.

Food & Beverages

It is not allowed to bring food or drinks.

Photos and videos during the show

Photography and filming is not permitted.

Cameras

Cameras of any kind, including DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, Polaroids, etc., are strictly prohibited according to the rules of artist management.

Gifts

The band can't accept any gifts.

Youth protection

Under 6: No access to the venue.
6 to 15: You can participate, but must be accompanied by an adult.
16 and older: You can participate on your own. -
Posters

Banners up to A3 size are allowed, anything beyond that is not allowed.

Reseller platform/ Third-party ticket sales

We strongly advise against buying tickets from third parties, as tickets are often offered at higher prices and the authenticity of the tickets cannot be guaranteed.

Lockers

Too large bags can be stored in a bag container for a fee of 5€. There are several cloakrooms in the Uber Eats Music Hall where you can drop off your personal items for a fee of €4.
